What is the difference between wear-resisting steel plate and
wear-resisting composite steel plate? Wear-resisting steel plate
and ordinary steel plate difference?
Wear-resisting steel is the general name of iron and steel material
with strong wear-resisting performance. Wear-resisting steel is one
of the most used wear-resisting materials nowadays. There are many
ways to classify wear. According to the wear mechanism, it can be
divided into abrasive wear, adhesive wear, corrosion wear, erosion
wear, contact fatigue wear, impact wear, fretting wear and other
categories. According to different usage scenarios of wear, wear
resistant steel is different, such as sliding friction, impact
resistant car bucket is a kind of dump trucks, high speed for a
long time of rotating shaft and the bearing is a kind of
wear-resisting, of course, other types of wear resistant steel,
today we introduce mainly used to dump mine car and scraper
conveyor of coal mine construction machinery use wear resistant

Wear-resistant steel plate: NM400, NM450, NM500; 400, 450 and 500
are made by Swedish Steel. How to choose these two kinds of
wear-resistant steel plate, need to understand the difference

The wear-resisting layer of the wear-resisting composite steel
plate is high alloy composition, and there are a lot of high
hardness alloy carbide (ABOUT HV1600) embedded in the matrix in the
metallographic structure, and the main anti-wear effect is carbide.
The actual micro hardness of wear-resisting layer is much higher
than the macro hardness determined, and its strengthening way is
the same as hard alloy. Although wear-resisting layer hardness is
very high, but can carry the strength is very low, in addition, the
substrate is ordinary steel plate, does not have wear-resisting
performance.
Heat treatment wear-resisting steel plate is the whole quenching
hardening, the whole body has wear resistance, metallographic
organization is mainly martensite, so that the overall hardness and
strength has been greatly improved, micro hardness and macro
hardness are basically the same.
